Convergence Consulting was formed to satisfy the desire of the founding directors to create an architectural firm that was structured to deliver superior service to its clients as well as develop their personal goals of professional development.

Prior to forming the company, the directors had worked with each other over a number of years in the healthcare arena, and had each experienced challenges in successfully realising their customer’s desires working for organisations that had became too unwieldy to be able to offer the level of personal service that is central to client satisfaction.

Convergence Consulting overcomes these issues by utilising a flat hierarchy that enables it to be not simply dynamic, innovative, enthusiastic and diligent, but also, flexible -- willing to develop and adopt new methods and practices to achieve the goals set by their clients. The result is an environment where the team’s energies are concentrated into providing the highest standard of service achievable – thus satisfying the aims on which the company was founded.
